It is hard to describe, but once you meet joe and his staff you just know that they have integrity and it has been a pleasure working with them. I have also seen Joe help a few of my friends by turning what could have been poor home purchases into great home purchases over the past 10 years through his extensive knowledge of local real estate markets. I’ve seen him direct them to other areas in the same price range that saw home values rise quicker than the area they originally wanted to look. If you want an honest agent with extensive knowledge on real estate who is great at helping his clients maximize their real estate transactions, then you need to call Joe. Also, he is a funny guy so going out looking at homes with him is a blast.
We would like to let you know how appreciative we are for the job that Kim Moucka did in helping us find a home in the Dallas area. She is a true professional who works relentlessly on behalf of her clients! The property which Kim helped us buy is actually the 22nd property that we have bought or sold, so needless to say, we have dealt with a number of realtors and gone through many real estate experiences. Our most recent purchase was interesting to say the least! With this crazy Dallas market, we knew we had to pay above the ask, which was a first for us! And, I have to say that if not for Kim, we wouldn’t have come out on the winning end. However, Kim really worked hard to convince the seller’s agent to accept our offer, even though it may not have been the highest. We thought we were home free until it was determined that the home needed a new roof, and the seller’s insurance was willing to pay less than half of the cost of the roof. Well, Kim once again went to work and convinced the seller’s agent, and seller, to pay for a full replacement.
In our forty years of buying and selling real estate, we had never run into as many obstacles as we did on this one. However, when an obstacle arose, Kim took the bull by the horns and overcame them. If not for Kim, we would still be trying to figure out how to buy a home in this market! She’s the best!
I want to thank my realtor, Beth White. She has sold 3 homes for me and also has helped me buy a home. Beth is so devoted to her customers and actually really cares about her clients. If you live in Texas and need a realtor—look her up. It’s so nice and refreshing when somebody makes you the priority and gives you so many options to think about. Jennifer at Joe Cloud & Associates and us van Zyls go way back to January 2021 when we moved to Frisco. From the first day, Jennifer was there for us from needing advice or helping with anything around the house. We were renting at the time from Joe Cloud & Associates, and when the time was right she helped us house hunt. Without hesitation, when we saw a house and asked her about it, she met us there. The most impressive part is he was there for everything we needed after the sale of the home as well. He was very knowledgeable of the area, and the best contractors to use that would save us money on upgrades to the home. He was not there just to sell a home, he wanted a customer for life and you could tell he appreciated my business. I would highly recommend Joe and his team.
Joe and Eddie looked hard and patiently to find us a home we love. They made sure that they found us the perfect house and in selling ours they were dealing with a family from another state which was difficult in itself. Transition from 5 acres to a standard lot was almost unthinkable for us but it turned out to be a wonderful decision. Our sincere thanks to Joe and Eddie – You’re the best!
