Courtney Benson – Senior Associate, ABR, Realtor
Courtney is a proud Texas transplant. Raised in California and a former college basketball player, she graduated from the University Of Nevada Las Vegas.
With her husband, Gabe, and their two children Sawyer and Finley, they have set down roots here in North Texas over the past 12 years and can’t imagine any place they would rather be.
Knowing the importance of neighborhood, community and school, Courtney has gained extensive knowledge and believes that finding a forever home means more than just finding a house. Being a licensed Home Stager and Interior Stylist, she is able to show her clients all the possibilities the home holds to get the most out of buying and selling.
In addition to her residential experience, she also facilitates commercial and residential leasing transactions and has helped establish several businesses here in North Dallas.
For fun, Courtney and her family like to go look at model homes together (the kids love to see the playrooms!) and they hold competitive balloon tossing competitions to which she loses happily to her kids.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
