As a dedicated real estate professional, Kim believes buying or selling a home is more than a transaction — it’s a major life transition. She has proudly called the DFW area home for more than 30 years. A graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Marketing, she met her husband Chris during college, and together they have raised their family deeply rooted in the community. Their adult children attended John Paul II High School and Jesuit College Preparatory School before graduating from Texas A&M University — giving Kim firsthand knowledge of the local school systems and what families value most when choosing a home.

Having lived in Carrollton, Dallas, Frisco, Plano, and Richardson, Kim understands the unique character of each area across the Metroplex. Her extensive local knowledge allows her to provide meaningful insight into neighborhoods, schools, community amenities, restaurants, shopping, and the lifestyle each area offers.

Kim is passionate about educating her clients throughout the buying and selling process. She believes informed clients make confident decisions and takes the time to guide them through every step. For Kim, the relationship doesn’t end at closing — she remains a trusted resource long after the transaction, offering home advice, vendor recommendations, and community connections whenever needed.

When it comes to selling your home, Kim knows how to make it stand out. With more than 10 years of interior design experience, she brings a strategic eye for staging and presentation to create that essential “WOW” factor that attracts buyers and maximizes value. Her goal is to make every buyer who walks through your door feel instantly at home.

Outside of real estate, Kim enjoys skiing, playing pickleball, working out, and visiting her adult children in Florida and Arkansas.
