Preston Horowitz

Realtor, ABR

Preston has lived in North Texas all of his life, having been born and raised in Southlake and on a ranch in Grayson county where his family raised horses and cattle. His family has an extensive background in real estate going back as far as he can remember – some of his first memories are touring houses under construction! Preston’s father worked as a custom home builder and his mother was an interior designer. Because of them, Preston formed a passion for real estate.

Preston is always looking for ways to better serve his community and the area that he loves. That’s why when the COVID-19 pandemic hit North Texas, he decided to begin a career in civil service. He is currently a fireman and EMT at one of the busiest fire stations in the city of Arlington, and he loves getting to help out those in our communities who need it most. Because of Preston’s passion for real estate, he made the decision to become a Realtor. He feels this is a fantastic way to serve by helping people find their dream home and create the life they want to live.

Buying or selling a home is the biggest transaction most of us will go through in our entire lives, and you need someone who understands the real estate market, can work under pressure, has attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to close the deal. By drawing on his experiences in real estate and as a fireman, Preston would be honored to help guide you through the wonderful process of either buying or selling your home!
