Development Buzz: What’s New?

Frisco’s growth is on the rise, and with it comes a wave of new developments that are reshaping the city’s landscape. The Rail District, Frisco’s historic downtown, is undergoing major transformation with a roughly $70 million reinvestment eff ort by the City of Frisco. While the vision is exciting, the construction necessary to get there is challenging for the many small businesses that call the Rail District home. These businesses need our community’s support now more than ever and have launched The “Save Main” campaign. They need the residents and neighbors of Frisco to continue to support these businesses during the construction. If you are looking for a great spot to eat, grab some coffee, do some shopping or for entertainment, consider visiting a downtown Frisco establishment and support these local businesses.

More development news in Frisco! Design work advances for Frisco’s 1,000-acre Grand Park. Grand Park will be a huge addition to public park space for Frisco and the rest of the northern area of the Metroplex. City officials are eagerly anticipating the start of construction for a 1,000-acre park that will stretch across the Dallas North Tollway west to Lake Lewisville and FM 423.

Frisco continues to be a hot spot for both residential and commercial expansion. Whether you’re considering a move or just keeping an eye on the real estate market, there’s never been a better time to be part of Frisco’s thriving community.
